Most of the time, I worked on end-to-end process in product development. Do problem discovery, problem deep diving, craft UI, until handover my design to engineer.
Designer on the Marketplace buyer team, Led & supervise Digital product design, designing flash sale, create 1st version search recommendation flow, revamped registration flow, revamped cart experience, enabling COD for online buyer, enabling PayLater payment method, mentoring junior designer, create & improving designer workflow

Being the 1st designer at the company, make me need to defining design things from the scratch from design tools to designer x engineering workflow. Most of my time here are do problem discovery, create design brief, facilitate ideation workshop, craft UI & conduct research
Some project that I already delivered are revamping whole digital product experience, Led & initiate design system creation, create design x engineering workflow, improve & create major feature

In my free time, I'd love to share my knowledge and experience to help others (especially designers). I think that as product designers we don't only need to contribute to product impact, we also need to contribute to the community and others.
I do mentoring in adplist and create self-mentoring programs, I write about design and also share my thougt at Twitter.
